Highlight
The 200GBASE-LR4 QSFP56 optical transceiver is a hot-pluggable module designed for 200 Gigabit Ethernet applications over single-mode fiber (SMF) up to 10km. It integrates four lanes of 50Gb/s PAM4 signals for an aggregate data rate of 200Gb/s. Each lane uses a LAN-WDM wavelength (1271nm, 1291nm, 1311nm, 1331nm) and employs a cooled EA-DFB laser with PIN receiver and low-noise TIA for superior signal integrity.
The module complies with IEEE 802.3bs 200GBASE-LR4 and CMIS 4.0 standards, and supports digital diagnostic monitoring via the I²C interface. It is ideal for data-center inter-rack connections, telecom aggregation links, and long-reach high-capacity networks requiring stable 200G optical performance.
