Highlight
The 400GBASE-SR4 QSFP112 optical transceiver is a 4-channel, hot-pluggable module designed for short-reach 400GbE applications over multimode fiber. Each lane operates at 106.25 Gb/s PAM4, delivering an aggregate data rate of 400Gb/s.
It uses an 850nm VCSEL laser array and PIN photodiode receiver array to support transmission up to 30m over OM3 and 50m over OM4 MMF through an MPO-12 APC connector.
Compliant with IEEE 802.3db and CMIS 4.0 standards, this transceiver supports DOM via the I²C interface and is ideal for high-density data-center interconnects or 4 × 100G breakout applications in next-generation Ethernet networks.
