Highlight
The 400GBASE-LR4 QSFP-DD optical transceiver is a high-performance module designed for 400GbE long-reach applications up to 10km over single-mode fiber (SMF).
It integrates 8×53.125Gb/s (PAM4) electrical lanes into 4 CWDM optical lanes of 106.25Gb/s each, multiplexed and demultiplexed for 400Gb/s aggregate data transmission.
Operating at central wavelengths of 1271nm, 1291nm, 1311nm, and 1331nm as defined in ITU-T G.694.2, this module uses a duplex LC connector and requires host FEC to achieve 10km reach. Compliant with IEEE802.3bs, 100GLambda MSA 400G-LR4, and QSFP-DD MSA, it supports digital diagnostics (DDM/DOM) via the I²C interface and is optimized for high-density data center and telecom backbone networks.
