Highlight
The 400GBASE-DR4 QSFP-DD optical transceiver is designed for high-performance 400GbE data center and backbone applications over single-mode fiber (SMF) up to 500m.
It converts 8×53.125Gb/s (PAM4) electrical signals into 4 parallel optical channels, each operating at 100Gb/s, to achieve an aggregate 400Gb/s data rate.
On the receiver side, it converts 4 optical lanes of 100Gb/s each back into 8 electrical lanes of 50Gb/s (PAM4).
Operating at 1310nm, the module adopts an MPO-12/APC connector for optical interface and a QSFP-DD MSA-compliant edge connector for electrical interface.
Compliant with IEEE802.3bs 400GBASE-DR4, it supports DOM/diagnostic monitoring via I²C, enabling precise link monitoring and optimized performance for large-scale deployments.
