Highlight
The 200GBASE-SR4 QSFP56 optical transceiver is a 4-channel, hot-pluggable module designed for short-reach 200GbE applications over multimode fiber.
Each lane operates at 53.125Gb/s PAM4, providing an aggregate data rate of 200Gb/s.
This module uses an 850nm VCSEL laser array and PIN photodiode receiver array to ensure stable optical performance and low bit-error rate (BER).
It supports transmission distances of up to 70m on OM3 and 100m on OM4 multimode fiber through an MPO-12 UPC connector.
Compliant with IEEE802.3bs 200GBASE-SR4 and CMIS4.0, the transceiver features digital diagnostic monitoring (DDM/DOM) via the I²C interface for real-time performance tracking and interoperability with major switch platforms.
It is an ideal solution for high-density data center interconnects, switch-to-server links, and high-performance computing (HPC) networks.
