The 200GBASE-FR4 QSFP56 optical transceiver is a hot-pluggable module designed for 200 Gigabit Ethernet applications over single-mode fiber (SMF) up to 2 km.
It integrates four lanes of 50 Gb/s PAM4 signals for an aggregate data rate of 200 Gb/s. Each lane uses a CWDM wavelength (1271 nm, 1291 nm, 1311 nm, 1331 nm) and employs an EML transmitter and PIN receiver with DSP for enhanced signal integrity and low power operation.
The module is compliant with IEEE 802.3bs 200GBASE-FR4 and CMIS 4.0 standards and provides digital diagnostic monitoring (DDM/DOM) via the I²C interface.
It is an ideal solution for data centers and telecommunication networks requiring reliable long-reach 200 G optical links.
